1 Introduction & Definitions

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on ck34, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. ck34 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information and to forfeit the balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and deposited funds will be returned, but any bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login details completely confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify ck34 Support immediately.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals, ck34 may carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck34 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Making deposits on behalf of a third party or from a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts generally take a few minutes to appear in the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal timeframe: processed within 10–45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements for those bonuses have been met.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ck34 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck34 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit + bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once (per account).
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
• Each promotional offer has its own validity period; bonuses will be cancelled if not used before the expiry date.
• ck34 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found at its discretion.
• Weekly cashback under the VIP programme: Bronze — 0.3%, Silver — 0.7%, Gold — up to 1.0%.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

ck34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. The latest terms of any active promotion will be published on the relevant page of the platform.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck34 platform:

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets by artificial means to circumvent promotional terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

6.2 Money Laundering

ck34 maintains a firm stance against money laundering and terrorist financing. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.

6.3 Exploiting Technical Advantages

• Using bots, scripts, or automated technology to place bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's software.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by ck34

ck34 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If a user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• As required by applicable laws or regulations.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, your valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. Self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming can be made through the Support team.

7.3 Inactive Accounts
